We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Wealth Management division. Someone who thrives in competitive environments, embraces targets, and sees challenges as opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and acquire HNI & UHNI clients
- Drive AUM growth through consultative, relationship-led engagement
- Develop and execute proactive market penetration strategies
- Build and expand strategic referral networks
- Identify, approach, and onboard Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to strengthen our distribution network
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor positioning
