Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to promote and sell CP-Broadcast application packages to builders, developers, and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to manage field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Conduct on-field visits to builders, developers, and real estate projects to promote and sell CP-Broadcast application packages.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings based on assigned locations.
- Explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the CP-Broadcast application to potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures effectively.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and conversions in CRM.
