Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for the US market with experience in software/SaaS sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing and sales, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market.
- Pitch and sell software/SaaS solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client discussions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Take complete ownership of assigned targets and business activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in software or SaaS product sales is mandatory.
- Experience in selling products such as billing, accounting, inventory, payroll, HRMS, CRM, or related software solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for marketing and business development.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and strong learning mindset are preferred.
- Willingness to work on night shifts for the US market.
