The Role
We are looking for a relentless Business Development Manager and Lead Generation Specialist to act as the tip of the spear for our outbound sales. Your core objective is simple: dominate bidding platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, source high-ticket prospects, and guide them through the entire sales funnel from the first touchpoint to the final close.
You will not be bogged down by manual data entry. You will be supported by our advanced, Airtable-scripted automations, allowing you to focus 100% of your energy on what matters: bidding strategically, booking meetings, and closing high-ticket deals.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Bidding: Actively hunt, evaluate, and submit highly customized proposals for high-ticket marketing contracts on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
- Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales funnel from the initial proposal to setting the calendar appointment and closing the deal.
- Meeting Setting & Pitching: Conduct discovery calls and pitch Affluent Hub’s AI marketing solutions to high-level decision-makers.
- High-Ticket Closing: Negotiate and finalize premium contracts, ensuring a seamless handoff to our fulfillment team.
What You Bring
- 3-4+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or High-Ticket B2B Sales.
- A documented track record of successfully winning high-value contracts on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Mastery of the entire sales cycle: prospecting, bidding, qualifying, pitching, and closing.
- A deep understanding of the marketing agency landscape and the ability to articulate the value of AI-driven solutions.
