Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients. You will drive sales processes, generate leads, and close transactions with potential customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and help the organization meet its growth objectives. A key aspect of the role involves market research and providing insights for enhancing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or Proptech industry is a strong advantage
