Job Title: Business Development Manager – UK/Europe Staffing
Location: East, Delhi - Remote/Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in staffing and recruitment across the UK and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our staffing services footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in the UK and European staffing market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including MSPs, direct clients, and implementation partners
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions (contract, permanent, and project-based hiring)
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Stay updated with market trends, compliance requirements, and hiring practices in the UK/EU region
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development within IT staffing or recruitment
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients in the UK and/or Europe
- Strong understanding of UK/EU hiring models (contract, permanent, remote hiring, etc.)
- Experience working with MSP/VMS models is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Strong network of clients or industry contacts in the region
