About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Supplier Partnerships to expand and strengthen our travel supply network.
This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing travel suppliers through API integrations, helping us grow our inventory while ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality content.
You will work closely with supplier partners, commercial teams, and internal technology and operations teams to successfully launch and optimize supplier integrations.

This role is not suitable for candidates from hotel operations, front office, reservations, hospitality sales, or general B2B sales backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard travel suppliers, including wholesalers, aggregators, OTAs, channel managers, and hotel distribution platforms.
- Build and manage long-term commercial relationships with supplier partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, credit limits, and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate API integrations and supplier activation with internal Technology and Operations teams.
- Monitor inventory quality, rate competitiveness, availability, and booking performance.
- Drive supplier engagement to improve content quality and commercial performance.
- Resolve supplier-related operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day collaboration.
- Track supplier KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in travel B2B sales, supplier partnerships, contracting, or OTA/travel technology.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, connectivity APIs, channel managers, and travel supply ecosystems.
- Experience working with travel suppliers such as wholesalers, aggregators, OTAs, or hotel distribution platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate across commercial, technology, and operations teams.
- Existing network within the travel industry will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with travel suppliers or connectivity platforms such as RateHawk, Hotelbeds, HyperGuest, TBO, Agoda, Expedia, STAAH, SiteMinder, Travelgate, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
