are expanding our IT staffing services and seeking experienced business development
professionals to drive growth.
Role Summary
The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients,
expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth for IT staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing
Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking and market research
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate staffing solutions
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Manage contract negotiations, commercials, and service agreements
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Track sales activities and maintain reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
8–15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Prior experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment or HR Services is preferred
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Good understanding of IT hiring landscape and client expectations
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
What Business Development Executive/ Manager owns:
Drive end-to-end business development for IT staffing services
Identify, target, and acquire new clients (mid-size to enterprise)
Generate leads via cold calling, networking, LinkedIn and market research
Conduct client meetings, present staffing capabilities and close deals
Build long-term relationships and grow existing accounts
Work closely with recruiters to ensure delivery alignment & client satisfaction
Negotiate commercials, contracts and SLAs
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
