Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT recruitment services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, references, cold calling, and networking.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on open positions and ensure timely closures.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure quality candidate delivery.
- Maintain records of client interactions and business activities in CRM.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in recruitment/staffing sales.
- Knowledge of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.
- Ability to generate leads and convert clients.
