Position: Business Development Manager – South India

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive expansion across South India, with a strong focus on acquisition of new hotel properties and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new hotel properties across South India
- Lead end-to-end property acquisition: sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and closure
- Build relationships with hotel owners, developers, and key stakeholders
- Expand the company’s portfolio through strategic partnerships
- Conduct market mapping and identify high-potential locations
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding of acquired properties
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry preferred
- Strong background in sales, property acquisition, or business development
- Candidates from hotel sales roles looking to transition into business development can also be considered
- Good network with hotel owners/developers is a plus
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Willing to travel extensively across South India
