Monday to Saturday- general shift.
This is a high impact and high ownership role giving you hands on in building a solar company. You will eventually grow into leading the sales function.
Role & responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in Industrial and Commercial solar segments
-Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and references
-Understand client requirements and present customized solar solutions
-Coordinate with technical and design teams for site assessments and proposals
-Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
-Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates
-Keep track on market trends, competitor activities, and solar policies
Requirements
We’re looking for you if:
-You have 1–4 years of B2B / industrial sales experience in solar EPC
-You’re comfortable dealing with business owners and decision makers
-You can generate leads independently and manage long sales cycles
-You take ownership and follow through till closure -You are a hustler, can talk your way into places, make quick connections, can convince people, etc.
-You’re hungry to grow in a high-value, field-driven role
