About the RoleRama Reflection India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our solar business vertical. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across Solar EPC, BESS, and Open Access projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Solar EPC, solar trading, and BESS segments
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Support execution of business development strategies aligned with company goals
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Manage end-to-end client coordination including corporates, industrial clients, and channel partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
3. Tendering & Project Support
- Identify relevant tenders and assist in bid preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
- Support proposal submissions and follow-ups
4. Market Research & Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Assist in identifying new business models such as PPA, RESCO, and captive projects
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Execution teams
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
- 5–15 years of experience in business development (solar/renewable energy preferred)
- Understanding of Solar EPC, Trading, and BESS segment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
