Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our SME segment to join our team in Mysore, Karnataka. This is a full-time, on-site role within a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new SME clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities will include conducting market research, strategizing for business growth, building partnerships, and fostering long-term client engagement to drive revenue. The role also entails collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Business development and client acquisition experience, preferably in SME financing or NBFC services.
- Strong skills in market research, strategic planning, and sales execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and monitor market trends effectively.
- Knowledge of financial services, lending products, and associated compliance regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for sales and lead management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
