About the Company
Galore Systems is expanding its Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming & Comics (AVGC) business unit and is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive nationwide sales across India.
Our AVGC division specializes in Motion Capture and Camera Tracking solutions, representing some of the world’s leading motion capture technologies used by top studios in the Animation, VFX, and Gaming industries.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated sales professional who understands the technology needs of animation, VFX, and gaming studios and academic institutions and can drive business development across India. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while building strong relationships with studio clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales across India for motion capture and camera tracking solutions.
- Identify and engage with Animation, VFX, and Gaming studios to generate new business opportunities.
- Idenitfy and engage with Academic institutions offering AVGC courses
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative selling.
- Submit regular sales pipeline and funnel reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in selling capital equipment or software solutions to VFX / Animation / Gaming studios, Academic Institutions
- Ability to understand and communicate technology-driven solutions.
- Strong pipeline management and reporting discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
