The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Executive based in India to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This is a high-impact, front-line sales role where you will be the key driver of our new business growth generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and referrals
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery calls to proposals, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools with consistent follow-up and tracking
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks that speak to each client's specific IT challenges
- Engage with CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and key decision-makers across target organizations
- Collaborate with our technical team to scope and structure competitive solutions
- Represent Fusion Transform at virtual events, webinars, and industry forums
- Deliver regular pipeline reports and forecasts to leadership

7. Low Current Devices CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling

What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or technology solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets independently
- Excellent English communication skills written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce), and outreach platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across time zones
- Comfortable holding informed conversations with technical stakeholders
Preferred / Bonus:
- Experience selling into the Middle East, GCC, or international markets
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian IT market
- Existing network of enterprise or government IT decision-makers
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or cloud solution selling
