Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, managing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events to foster engagement and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation strategies
- Ability to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Experience in building and maintaining strong interpersonal and professional relationships
- Time management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
