Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and support business growth. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to expand market presence, develop partnerships, and contribute to revenue generation. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Manage the full business development cycle from outreach to closing.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
- Track pipeline activity, market trends, and revenue opportunities.
- Support account growth, client retention, and long-term business expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business outcomes.
- Good understanding of market research, client needs, and commercial strategy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders.
