Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Punjab, India. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to grow the company’s digital marketing and web development client base. Key responsibilities include pitching services to prospective clients, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and meeting sales targets. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to align client goals with the company’s capabilities, leveraging knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices to provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and PPC campaigns
- Knowledge of software solutions such as web development, CMS, API integration, and custom application development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a robust pipeline of leads
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving capabilities and an ability to analyze market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClickFunnels, and CRM platforms is a plus
- Experience in working within the digital marketing or IT services industry preferred
