Job Description: Field Sales Executive (FSA)
Company: Tanwar Refractories
Location: Gujarat (Field-based / Office reporting once a week)
Industry: Refractory Installation, Furnace Maintenance, & Industrial Services
About the RoleTanwar Refractories is looking for a high-energy field sales executive to expand our footprint across Gujarat. You will be the face of our company, connecting with steel plants, boiler manufacturers, and industrial consultants to provide world-class refractory installation and maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Travel daily across Gujarat to identify and visit potential B2B clients.
- Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for leads using IndiaMart, LinkedIn, Google, and local industrial directories.
- Sales Cycle Management: Prepare professional quotes, handle technical negotiations, and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with turnkey project consultants and furnace manufacturers.
- Reporting: Maintain daily visit logs and report to the office once a week for a performance review.
What We’re Looking For- Experience: 1–3 years in industrial sales (Refractories, Steel, Construction, or Industrial equipment preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in lead sourcing (Indiamart/LinkedIn), and a "hunger" for sales.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across the state.
- Communication: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English for professional quoting.
