Position: Business Development Manager – Redevelopment Company:
Location: Head Office
Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new redevelopment opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.
• Find redevelopment tenders online, review tender requirements, and prepare synopsis with various parameters with the support of the legal department.
• Conduct market research to identify potential societies, buildings, clusters, and redevelopment projects.
• Work on the feasibility analysis of societies and the entire redevelopment cluster.
• Develop and maintain relationships with society members, secretaries, chairpersons, landlords, brokers, PMC representatives, and local influencers.
• Manage society relationships and PMC coordination for redevelopment projects.
• Handle documentation, correspondence, and communication with societies and PMC teams.
• Draft letters, notices, proposals, and official correspondence with the support of the legal department.
• Prepare redevelopment proposals, presentations, financial models, and business plans. • Lead society meetings, negotiations, presentations, and project discussions.
• Take decisions related to redevelopment submissions and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Coordinate with architects, legal teams, liaison consultants, and technical departments for project feasibility.
• Well knowledge about the development bye Laws for Navi Mumbai – UDCPR. • Work on 79(a) related redevelopment matters and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project planning, approvals, and execution.
• Track competition, market trends, pricing, redevelopment policies, and tender opportunities.
• Maintain regular MIS reports on project pipeline, society status, meetings, submissions, and closures.
• Support management in achieving redevelopment targets and business growth objectives.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with stakeholders to strengthen the company’s redevelopment portfolio.
Experience
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in redevelopment, real estate business development, society acquisition, or land acquisition.
• Prior experience in handling redevelopment projects and society negotiations is mandatory.
