Job Description:
Candidate should drives company growth by acquiring new clients for recruiting in India , building long-term relationships, and generating staffing requirements. They identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal recruiters to meet talent needs, typically requiring 5+ years of staffing industry sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and market research to expand market presence.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers, including HR leaders, procurement teams, and hiring managers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal delivery, negotiations, and client onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal recruiters to ensure the delivered staffing solutions match client requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of sales or business development experience within the staffing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in contract or permanent staffing.
