Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic
Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting extensive cold calling, and building strong relationships with Talent Acquisition leaders across industries in the Indian market. This is a
remote, full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (Talent Acquisition Leaders, HR Heads, Hiring Managers, etc.) through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify new business leads across various industry sectors.
- Pitch Zealant Consulting Group’s recruitment solutions effectively to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment industry, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in the recruitment or consulting industry).
- Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
