This is a frontline revenue role where you:
- Bring in new clients
- Close hiring mandates
- Drive business growth

What You’ll Be Doing- Acquire new clients for permanent hiring mandates
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Pitch Think People’s recruitment solutions to CXOs, founders, and HR leaders
- Convert leads into long-term hiring partnerships
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality fulfillment
- Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Who You Are- 4–7 years in the recruitment industry (mandatory)
- Proven experience in business development / client acquisition
- Strong understanding of permanent hiring
- You have closed mandates, not just supported them
- Existing network with HRs / founders is a strong advantage
- Strong communicator with high ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
