Key Responsibilities
1. Builder & Developer Acquisition
Identify and onboard builders and developers across open market residential projects in key growth corridors of Bangalore.
Develop strong relationships with Builders, Developers, Landowners, and Sales Heads to generate new business opportunities.
Present the company’s sales, marketing, and channel management capabilities to secure project tie-ups and inventory access.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, commercial terms, brokerage structures, and inventory allocations in line with business objectives.
2. Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned builder and developer partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and multiple project associations.
Coordinate regularly with developers to understand project timelines, inventory movement, pricing strategies, and sales expectations.
3. Market Intelligence & Business Strategy
Track Bangalore real estate market trends, upcoming launches, competitor activities, and buyer demand across open market projects.
Gather and share market insights related to pricing, inventory availability, customer preferences, and investment trends with internal stakeholders.
Identify high-potential micro-markets and projects for business expansion.
4. Negotiation & Commercial Management
Lead negotiations related to commercial agreements, brokerage payouts, inventory allocation, and marketing collaborations.
Ensure all partnerships and commercials are aligned with company profitability and revenue goals.
Support closure of strategic deals while maintaining strong developer relationships.
