🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (RCM – US Healthcare)

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and opportunity-hunting Business Development Manager who can bring in clients across:
🏥 Hospitals
🏨 Clinics
👨⚕️ Physician Groups
📊 Medical Billing Companies (including subcontracting opportunities)
This is not a “wait-for-leads” role.
This is a build-the-pipeline, close-the-deal, own-the-growth role.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new client acquisition in the US RCM market
- Building partnerships with billing companies for subcontracting
- Reaching out to decision-makers (CFOs, VPs, RCM Heads, Practice Managers)
- Crafting high-impact professional emails & outreach strategies
- Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr to generate leads
- Creating dashboards, reports & presentations showcasing your wins
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in RCM / US Healthcare Business Development
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Revenue Cycle
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- A go-getter mindset — someone who chases targets, not excuses
- Confidence to pitch, and generate leads & get them to the Leadership for further action
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / freelancing platforms
- Existing network in US Healthcare
- Exposure to selling billing, AR, denial management, or coding services

Graduate (any stream)
