Job Title: Business Development Manager
Role Overview
Looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Mumbai for our HoReCa, QSR, hospitality, furniture, and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, develop, and onboard new clients in the HoReCa, QSR, hospitality, architect, and furniture segments
- Build strong relationships with hotels, cafés, restaurants, contractors, architects, and designers
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue-generating accounts
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Increase market penetration and brand visibility across Mumbai
- Drive repeat business and maximize client lifetime value
Field Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and sampling discussions
- Promote Tabillo tabletop solutions for indoor and outdoor furniture applications
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
Key Account Management
- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term relationship building
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and client retention strategies
- Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closures
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities
- Share market feedback with management for business planning and product improvements
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in HoReCa / QSR / Furniture / Paint / Interior Products / Building Materials preferred
- Strong local network in Mumbai market in related field
- Proven experience in field sales and B2B client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Local language proficiency is essential
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-based remote role
- Candidate should reside within practical commuting distance of business areas in Mumbai
