Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Publisher and Content Creator Partnerships) to help expand our publisher and content creator network by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with digital publishers and content creators.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience in sales or business development who enjoys working in a high-growth environment and is comfortable with a target-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to digital publishers and content creators across India and global markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnerships.
- Pitch Datability’s platforms and convert prospects into active partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing publisher accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, account management, operations) to drive publisher success and revenue growth.
Key KPIs
- New Customer Acquisition : Monthly / Quarterly targets
- Pipeline Creation: Number of qualified publisher leads generated
- Conversion Rate: Lead to publisher onboarding
- Revenue Contribution: Upsell / cross-sell from existing publishers
- CRM Discipline: 100% pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 2 - 4 year experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and pitching
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience in AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech is a plus
