We are looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience in handling architects, electrical consultants, MEP consultants, and builders, with a strong network and proven track record in project sales.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving market expansion, building strong client relationships, and delivering business growth in premium, commercial, and residential segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
Manage the full sales cycle β from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and regional sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align product positioning.
Represent Havells at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
Track sales performance and prepare business reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Electrical, Lighting, Appliances, or Building Materials preferred).
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
