Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting successful project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills along with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical quality and regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech, and veterinary sectors
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through market research, networking, and outreach activities
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Collaborate with technical and regulatory teams to develop customized client solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- MBA preferred
- 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development
- Experience in consulting or service-based organizations is an advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively

Technical Skills

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory and quality frameworks preferred
