About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Manager to lead business development in Bihar. The role involves driving sales from government, PSU, and corporate clients, managing key accounts, handling proposals, quotations, and tender/GeM submissions, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver solution-based sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business from government, PSUs, and corporate clients.
- Handle client meetings, proposals, quotations, and tender/GeM submissions.
- Manage and expand existing accounts, coordinate with technical teams.
- Maintain MIS/CRM and consistently achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 2–8 years in IT solution sales (hardware/software/Networking/Cybersecurity).
- Experience with government and/or corporate clients; GeM knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel and meet aggressive targets.
