Job Summary:
Lead Generation Manager/BDM
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business
opportunities by connecting with potential clients across industries. You will play a pivotal role in the
agency’s growth by generating leads through various channels such as email outreach, LinkedIn,
databases, and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
❖ Research, identify, and prospect potential clients through online platforms, social media, and
industry directories.
❖ Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified leads.
❖ Execute email marketing campaigns and follow up on responses.
❖ Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha to generate leads.
❖ Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages to set up meetings/demos for the sales
team.
❖ Maintain lead databases in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
❖ Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align lead generation activities with campaign
goals.
❖ Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and performance.
Requirements:
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
❖ 5-6 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing or B2B service-based
company.
❖ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
❖ Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
❖ Strong research skills and ability to identify high-quality prospects.
❖ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.
Preferred Skills:
❖ Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.)
❖ Experience using automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailchimp for outreach.
