Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager - OTR Tire, based in India. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and promoting Haian Rubber's products and services. Responsibilities include market analysis to uncover growth potential, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining an understanding of industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Understanding of OTR (Off-The-Road) tires and the mining industry is highly preferred
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and develop strategic plans
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
- Proven ability to work in a cross-cultural and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in an international sales or business development role is advantageous
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
