Job details:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience in IT Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new leads for IT services (Website & Mobile Application Development)
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Work with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Basic understanding of web and mobile application development services
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
