Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the Oil & Gas Equipment Sales division, based in Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, managing client relationships particularly Engineers India Limited and other LSTK Customers in Oil & Gas Segment.
, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also collaborate with engineering and support teams to develop tailored equipment solutions, actively engage in negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. The position requires strategic networking with stakeholders and travel within the assigned region as necessary to foster business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning.
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, equipment, and technologies.
- Excellent Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication skills.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical abilities to tailor solutions for customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Delhi region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales or business development in the Oil & Gas sector is highly desirable.
