Role Description
The Business Development Manager: OEM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the earthmoving and hydraulic pump industry. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, exploring partnerships, creating strategic initiatives to expand market share, and meeting sales objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring close collaboration with internal teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales and business development, especially in working with OEMs and building lasting partnerships
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, earthmoving components, and related industry trends
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and an ability to generate actionable sales insights
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role while aligning with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or heavy machinery industry is highly advantageous
