🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager with deep expertise in Navi Mumbai’s real estate ecosystem. You will lead land acquisition, JV deals, regulatory approvals, and strategic partnerships.
🔑 Key Responsibilities✔ Identify and acquire high-potential land parcels
✔ Structure & close Joint Venture (JV) / Joint Development (JD) deals
✔ Handle approvals with CIDCO, NMMC & PMC (CC, OC, UDCPR)
✔ Ensure compliance with RERA, FSI norms & local regulations
✔ Build strong networks with landowners, brokers & investors
✔ Drive project pipeline growth and revenue generation
📊 What We’re Looking For✅ 5+ years in real estate business development (Navi Mumbai preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of CIDCO, GDCR, UDCPR & approvals process
✅ Proven experience in land acquisition & deal closures
✅ Ability to evaluate land (FSI, zoning, DP plans)
✅ Strong negotiation & networking skills
⭐ Must-Have Expertise✔ CIDCO plots & Tripartite Agreements
✔ 12.5% Scheme / GES land sourcing
✔ Premium & Ancillary FSI structures
✔ End-to-end land due diligence
