Role Description
The Business Development Manager - MICE & Group Tours | Corporate Travel B2B will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, fostering strong B2B relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and managing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and group tour projects. The role also encompasses creating customized travel solutions for corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in MICE, corporate travel management, and group tour planning.
- Proficiency in negotiation, client presentations, and closing sales deals effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry and emerging trends, particularly in B2B travel services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet sales targets consistently.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the travel industry is highly desirable.
