Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industry, based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Daily tasks include preparing proposals and presentations, meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business development, sales, and understanding of MEP-related industries.
- Excellent skills in client relationship management, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of market analysis, trend identification, and competitive strategies.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and networking to establish strong partnerships.
- Project management experience to ensure alignment between client needs and deliverables.
- Relevant experience in the MEP sector or similar industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
