Responsible for developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain. Responsible for driving business growth. To develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee projects. To forecast revenue, in line with business goals
Responsibilities
· Lead generation by visiting Architects, MEP consultants, developers and Builders.
· Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
· Meeting existing and potential clients for reference generation.
· Conversion of references into financial gain for the Company by building positive relationships
· Preparing financial projections and sales targets reports as per Management expectations.
· Collaborate with internal teams for successful delivery of Project.
· Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences to research and identify new business opportunities
· Submit timely proposals and quotations to capture business projects, including negotiation for best rates.
· Customer relationship management and service
· Develop team members as individual contributors.
· Monitor market trends: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
1. Smart, Energetic, Responsible, good communication skills (both verbal & written)
2. Should be in the age bracket of 30-40 years.
3. Science Graduate or Diploma / Degree in Engg and MBA in Marketing, with basic knowledge of MS – Office.
4. Own Conveyance is must
5. Having good team management skills, should be able to handle a team of 3-4 members.
6. Minimum experience required is 8 to 10 years
