Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager (Advanced Rehab Devices), located in Chennai. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the Advanced Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation market space, developing business strategies, building client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, driving sales growth and monitoring industry trends to stay competitive.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Market Research
- Self-driven individual with an ability to work under minimal supervision
- Sound Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Experience with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and growth forecasting
- Experience in medical device sales is mandatory
- Exposure to physiotherapy/robotic rehabilitation field is a plus
