At Manomay Informatics, we are looking for a maximum of 2 years of experience, a young and smart business development manager
(more than 2 years of experience and senior position people, please do not apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through Google search, directories, social media, and online platforms.
- Generate and maintain a list of qualified leads and prospects.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, messages, or physical face to face meetings (field work)
- Understand the business needs and requirements of the prospect.
- Explain the company’s services and solutions clearly to clients.
- Present suitable solutions that can help improve the client’s business presence and growth.
- Create and send Proposals and follow up on the same
- Convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of digital products like - domain, web hosting, emails, CRM, ecommerce and web development.
- Understanding the difference between static and dynamic websites.
- Good communication and presentation skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc)
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for research and communication.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and digital workflows is a plus.
