About Bucketlist
Bucketlist is Fyule's full-service corporate content and events arm. We produce short-form videos, reels, brand films, ads, sales collaterals, training videos, and L&D content for corporate clients — and on the events side, we plan and execute exhibition stall setups and corporate event management for brands across India. We work with marketing, brand, and L&D teams at some of India's leading companies, and we are scaling aggressively.
The Role
We are looking for a BD Manager who has done this before — someone who has sold a creative, content, or events-related service to corporate marketing decision-makers and has the track record to prove it. You will own your pipeline end to end, carry a revenue target, and work independently from lead to close.
Based on your background, you will be placed in one of two divisions:
- Content — Selling video production, brand films, reels, sales collaterals, training and L&D videos to CMOs, Brand Managers, and L&D Heads at corporates
- Exhibitions — Selling corporate event management and exhibition stall setups to Marketing Heads and Brand Managers at corporates
Both divisions are sector-agnostic, with deal sizes ranging from ₹1L to ₹20L and a typical sales cycle of 1–2 weeks.
You will report to the Business Head and Co-founder.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive new business acquisition across your assigned division — independently
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead conversion
- Identify and engage decision-makers — CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and L&D Heads — at mid to large corporates
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals ranging from ₹1L to ₹20L
- Stay involved post-closure to manage client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure proposals are sharp and project handovers are clean
- Maintain a clean pipeline, track conversion metrics, and report on revenue progress regularly
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of BD or sales experience with a clear track record of closing
- Must have prior experience selling to CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, or L&D Heads at corporates
- The product or service sold must be from one of the following categories — content production, digital marketing, creative services, event management, exhibitions, or experiential marketing. General B2B sales backgrounds without this context will not be considered
- Independent and assertive — you own the full sales cycle without hand-holding
- Strong communicator — sharp on calls, clear in writing, credible in a client meeting
- Commercially aware — you understand deal structures, pricing, and how to position value

Logistics
- Location: Mumbai (Work from Office — Monday to Friday; Saturday WFH)
- CTC: ₹8–9 LPA
