Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Business Development Manager specializing in Large Scale Solar Projects. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, formulating strategic business plans, and overseeing project execution. The role involves driving sales, conducting market analysis for growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project management and implementation.
Location- Lucknow
Experience- Min 5 years in large scale project
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business opportunities and market trends
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic development
- Proven track record in Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Project Management for planning and executing large-scale projects
- Knowledge of renewable energy, specifically solar energy solutions, is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA is preferred
