We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Sales (B2C)
- Experience: 2–6 years of in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development / Pre-Sales'

- Language: Kannada or Malayalam (Mandate)
- Preferably EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket B2C
Are you a hands-on sales leader who knows how to own the funnel, coach teams, and consistently close revenue?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Sales to lead high-performing B2C sales teams and drive end-to-end enrollments and revenue growth.
🔑 What You’ll Own
- Complete end-to-end B2C sales funnel: lead qualification → demos → enrollments → revenue
- Drive accountability across invite-to-show, closure rates, conversions & revenue per enrollment
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets through strong execution and funnel discipline
- Ensure seamless handoffs and high-quality pipeline movement across teams
👥 Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale teams of Team Leads, BDEs & BDAs
- Coach on consultative selling, objection handling, pitching & closing
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure CRM hygiene & SOP adherence
- Implement structured training to improve productivity and consistency
⚙️ Process & Execution Excellence
- Build and refine SOPs, pitch scripts, and sales frameworks
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve show-up rates and conversion efficiency
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Lead Gen, Marketing, Product, Ops, Training & Demo teams
- Share insights on customer objections, audience behavior, and sales effectiveness
- Align walk-ins, demos, and enrollment targets across teams
📊 Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver weekly & monthly performance reports (invites, walk-ins, closures, revenue)
- Forecast pipeline, set realistic targets, and drive data-backed improvements
- Track and present dashboards for pre-sales & closure funnels
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development / Pre-Sales
- Preferably EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket B2C
- Proven experience managing sales teams (BDAs/BDEs/TLs) with measurable revenue impact
- Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation & closing
- Proficiency with CRM systems, call tracking tools & dashboards
- Excellent communication in English + one regional language
- (Marathi / Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu)
