Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Kochi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, engaging with potential partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. The role requires working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and technical teams to achieve organizational goals while representing Offenso at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including client outreach, relationship building, and revenue generation
- Market research and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the cybersecurity or IT training industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive measurable business outcomes
