About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy, results-obsessed sales professional who lives for the thrill of closing deals and building client relationships from scratch. If you know the IT staffing landscape, love picking up the phone, and hate losing a lead — this role is for you.
At Technocratic Solutions, we place verified, dedicated IT contractors with top IT service companies across India — typically within 24 hours of receiving a requirement. You'll be the face of that promise.
What You'll Own
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients — IT service companies, GCCs, and product firms with active contract hiring needs
- Execute high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to MSA signing and first deployment
- Build strong relationships with TA Managers, HR Heads, VP Engineering, and Procurement leads
- Track job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and company portals to identify hot leads in real time
- Hit and exceed weekly call targets, meeting targets, and monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure client SLAs are met
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM

- Highly organized — you follow up relentlessly and never let a hot lead go cold
Must-Have Requirements
- 2–6 years of B2B sales experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Manpower — non-negotiable
- Proven track record of client acquisition (not just account management)
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with platforms: Naukri, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of IT contract staffing commercial models — rate cards, margins, MSA/SOW structures
Good to Have
- Existing network of TA / HR contacts at IT services companies
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Prior exposure to compliance frameworks — PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Board
