Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - IT Staffing, located in Noida. The Business Development Manager having experience 3+ years will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT staffing services. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align staffing services with client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with IT staffing, recruitment processes, or technology consulting services
- Ability to identify market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities
- Experience working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Prior experience in IT staffing or IT consulting industries is beneficial
