We’re Hiring - Business Development Manager (IT Staffing)
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Experience: 5+ years in IT Recruitment/Staffing Business Development
🔹 Experience & Requirements
Proven revenue track record in IT staffing sales
Experience closing RPO mandates, Contractual (C2C/Payroll), and Permanent staffing deals
Ability to bring active clients and generate immediate business without dependency on marketing leads
Exposure to India and/or International markets (Middle East / Europe preferred)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Acquire and close RPO, Contractual, Permanent, and Bulk hiring mandates
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CTOs, and Procurement teams
Negotiate commercial agreements (MSA, NDA, RPO models)
Drive higher margin deals, repeat business, and long-term client partnerships
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction

Strong network within IT hiring ecosystem
Deep understanding of staffing business models, billing structures, markups, and margins
Entrepreneurial mindset with a revenue-driven approach
Ability to build strategic accounts and deliver consistent business growth
