We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Delhi/NCR.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within a defined territory. You will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth and building strong customer relationships in Delhi/NCR.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media, inbound leads).
- Identify, engage, and consult with corporate, enterprise, and government stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve Sales Targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with other team members (e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
