JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating quality leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Generate qualified leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in target industries
• Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technology solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Provide market feedback to management for strategic planning
• Identify partnership opportunities to expand business reach
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development or sales within IT services industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating substantial revenue
Skills & Competencies
• Strong lead generation expertise across multiple channels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
• Understanding of IT services including software development, mobile apps, web development
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
• Experience in selling to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia)
• Existing network of client contacts in the IT industry
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Cloud technologies, and emerging tech trends
• Experience with platforms like Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Monthly and quarterly revenue targets
